About Us:

Full Stop Australia is a not for profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney's Inner West.
Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse.
We also offer best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocate for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic and family violence.


About the Role:

The Training and Consultation Services Administration Officer is responsible for providing high level administrative support within the training and consultation services team, while ensuring there is a consistency in systems and process which comply with organisational policy and procedures.
You will be responsible for communicating with client organisations, trainers and assisting with development and maintenance of best practice programming. 



 

Desired Skills and Experience

 About You:

You will be a reliable problem-solver and have project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and projects.
You will provide high level support to the Head of Training and Consultation Services which includes:
•    coordinating online and face-to-face training programs, workshop resources, and itineraries, 
•    maintaining accurate training records and calendars, 
•    processing quotes and invoices,
•    liaising with participants, organisational clients and trainers,
•    maintaining and updating training program, 
•    contributing to regular reports on training and consultation activities,
•    coordinating and supporting ad-hoc projects,
•    supporting development and maintenance of marketing collateral,
•    support the importation, collation and analysis of data across training and consultation services,
•    an understanding of, and commitment to the values of Full Stop Australia and the work we do.

Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4 under the Social, Community, Home, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award. The above Award salary starts at $90,000.

Contract: This is a full time (76 hrs p/f), contract position until March 2026 with the possibility of an extension. Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).
