Full Stop Australia is looking for a Communications and Marketing Officer to help grow awareness and engagement with the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline and support the broader work of our organisation.

About Us:
Full Stop Australia is a not-for-profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney.
Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic, and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse.
We operate the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline and a range of specialist Redress and domestic violence counselling services.
Full Stop Australia also offers best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocates for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic, and family violence.
About the Role:
This role is a 12 month, part time position, three days per week.
The Communications Officer will support our Marketing and Communications Lead to deliver key marketing and communication outcomes in relation to the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline. This will ensure the organisation is best positioned to provide strong brand awareness, advocacy and promote our support services for those experiencing sexual, domestic and family violence.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging social media campaigns, create branded resources and collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness and drive impact.
You will also track campaign performance, manage digital communications across the CRM, website and newsletters and support community outreach through events and initiatives.

About You:
You will be a proactive and creative communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a passion for amplifying vital support services for people impacted by sexual, domestic and family violence using an intersectional feminist lens.
Importantly you are an excellent communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Your qualifications and experience will include:
• A tertiary qualification or two years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or related area.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated capability in writing effectively for different audiences.
• Basic understanding of Graphic design tools and CRM or Campaign Management.

Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4 under the Social, Community, Home, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award.
Contract: This is a one year part time position.
Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).
