About Us:

Full Stop Australia is a not-for-profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney.
Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic, and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse.
We operate the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline and a range of specialist Redress and domestic violence counselling services.
Full Stop Australia also offers best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocate for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic, and family violence. 

About the Role:

The Redress Case Coordinator role is a part time contract position working eight shifts across a fortnight until 30 June 2026. 
You will be part of the Full Stop Australia’s Redress Support Service Team providing critical administrative infrastructure to ensure seamless service delivery and capture valuable insights for continuous improvement. 
This position entails:
Intake assessments for clients.
Clinical admin support.
Use of client management software.
High quality data collection.
Enhancing the client journey by facilitating warm referrals, checkins and followup, in line with established case management.
Full Stop Australia also provides regular clinical supervision and professional development. 
 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

You will be someone who operates with the highest levels of professionalism and ethical behaviour. You will have knowledge of the Women’s Health and NGO sector and experience working with the National Redress Scheme is highly regarded.
You will also have extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas:
•    Commitment to and understanding of the provision of services from a feminist perspective.
•    Relevant experience in a trauma informed service industry.
•    Knowledge of the causes and consequences of sexual assault, family and domestic violence.
•    Understanding of the impacts of institutional childhood sexual abuse.

Your qualifications and experience will include: 
•    Cert IV level qualification in relevant human services.
•    Experience in records management and data entry.
•    Demonstrated ability in working cross-culturally.

Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4 under the Social, Community, Home, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award. 

Contract: This is a contract part time position until 30 June 2026, with the possibility for extension. 

Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).     

FSA holds an exemption under the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act and only employs female workers for clinical positions.
